$1.6 Million Municipal Vulnerability Preparedness (MVP) Action Grant awarded for Richardson Green property in Lynnfield! Help us complete the project and permanently protect this land.
The Commonwealth recently announced a $1,638,750 MVP Action Grant awarded to help conserve the 21-acre Richardson Green property in Lynnfield. This grant - representing the largest in our region and the third-largest in the state in this funding round - was secured as a result of a collaborative effort between the Town of Lynnfield, the Lynnfield Center Water District, and Greenbelt with oversight from the Lynnfield Select Board. Greenbelt is working with the Town and other partners to raise the final $300,000 needed to complete the project, and will match, dollar for dollar, the next $100,000 raised. Please support this effort with a generous gift today. Thank you.
