In 2022 and 2023 the City of Haverhill continued to purchase land along the defunct portion of Brandy Brow Rd, along the East Meadow River, for water resource protection. Public Works Director Robert E. Ward will be on hand to explain how this newly-protected land results in cleaner water downstream at Millvale Reservoir. Learn more about the city’s plans to preserve this property as a conservation area for recreational activities like hiking, Nordic skiing, educational programs and hunting.
